How much does it cost?

The Annual Meeting itself is free and open to all members. In order to attend the complimentary dinners and theme events, members must register to attend on-line before the Deadline of October 1, 2010. Each membership may register up to 2 (two) person(s) complimentary per membership. Since UVC has picked up the cost of the events, all you need to do is book you airfare and accommodations! May I bring an extra guest?

Members may register to bring extra guests for $125 Per Person. (Remember – the first two registrations per member are complimentary.) In order to register extra guests, please f ill out their names on the attached registration form, and we will contact you by phone for manual payment via credit card.  Any questions regarding extra guests can be directed to cynthial@myuvc.com. Please direct all other inquiries to member services at clubmail@myuvc.com.

If you don’t want to use your week, deluxe accommodation packages have been designed for Annual Meeting Attendees. This is only for members that prefer to book a hotel package and use the week they own for another vacation at a later date. How can I meet my UVC representatives?

Round table discussions are scheduled directly after the Annual Meeting luncheon to give you a chance to ask questions and meet with representatives from the different branches of your membership. Throughout the three days of events there will be many opportunities to meet on an individual basis with Universal Vacation Club staff members or any of the Club’s servicing company’s representatives.  Staff will also be available in the general registration area before, during and after the Annual Meeting so there is ample time to address any issues that concern you specifically.
