We will offer great opportunities to meet your club and resort representatives as well as catch up with old friends and make new ones. With food and beverage functions, fund raiser and an award-winning Annual Meeting, you will leave informed, enlightened, well fed and entertained.  The grand finale is always our dinner party, and next year will try to outdo ourselves and leave you memories to last a lifetime!

The Universal Vacation Club 2014 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta, MX, October 27-29, 2014.

  • The Annual Meeting itself is free to all members, but advanced registration is required. In order to attend the complimentary dinners and theme events, members must register to attend on-line.

  • NEW PROCEDURE: This year, in order to simplify the process and ensure that all meeting attendees can book a room at VDP Flamingos, we are changing the procedure as follows:

    1. Register for the Annual Meeting by completing the form below. REMEMBER TO WRITE DOWN YOUR REGISTRATION KEY NUMBER THAT WILL APPEAR ON YOUR SCREEN.

    2. Upon completion, Contact Member Services at the following numbers:

  • MEETING REGISTRATION: Each membership is limited to 2 (two) person(s) complimentary for your first membership account only, regardless of how many weeks you own or how many accounts you have. For example, if you and a spouse own two weeks, you and your spouse may register for free. It is not allowable to register the husband on one account with a free guest and the wife on another account with a free guest. This is because our priority is to allow members, and not guests of members, the opportunity to register for the meeting. The meeting budget is designed to cover the expenses of members only. If all multi-week owners brought complimentary guests for each account you can see how quickly we would fill up. 

  • GUESTS/CHILDREN: In addition to your complimentary registration, you may register no more than 2 (two) guests maximum for a fee of $125 per person. The $125 guest fee covers the food and beverage and other expenses for the guests. Please note, children are not admitted for free. We have a discounted guest rate for children (12 and under) of $100 each, limit two (2).

  • CUT-OFF: Registration will be closed at 300 people on a first-come, first-served basis, so get your registration in early! Members registering after the event is full will be put on a wait list and will be invited to Wednesday’s Annual Meeting, but will be unable to attend the special events unless a spot opens up.
