	Reservation Deadlines Transactions including Reservations, Exchange Deposits and Vacation Banking must be completed prior to your reservation deadline each year. To ensure that your vacation weeks don't expire, make sure to contact the Club before your deadline each year!
	Floating week membership Use rights to a particular unit type during a designated season Fixed week membership Use rights to a specific unit in a designated week Fixed weeks If you are not going to use your unit you must call the Club 60 days before your fixed week starts. Fixed weeks are booked automatically. 	Gold Time Use  Gold Members may book GOLD TIME available for the cost of the maintenance fee.		Deadlines/Terms: *Equal to the number of weeks owned; Use between May and October of each year		Fee's: Maintenance Fee Rate
	VPA Preferred Time Use VPA Members may book PREFERRED TIME available for the cost of the maintenance fee.		Deadlines/Terms: *Equal to the number of weeks owned; Use between May and October of each year		Fee's: Maintenance Fee Rate
	Modifying Reservations Members who already have a reservation, but want to reschedule *Fixed weeks are considered as already having a reservation. Canceling or changing a fixed reservation is subject to a re-booking fee.		Deadlines/Terms: No deadlines, reservations are subject to availability Gold or VPA Members can modify one reservation per year at no cost if more than 30 days out.		Fee's: 60 days or more in advance $70 30 days or less in advance $130 ($70 for Gold or VPA Members).
	Unit Upgrades / Seasonal Upgrades You may trade your unit type and/or travel in a season other than the one to which you have use rights, subject to availability and fees. If you do make a unit or season upgrade and then have to cancel it, you would be refunded your fee less the cancellation penalty.		Deadlines/Terms: Subject to availability. PV 2 Bedrooms and any upgrades in Cabo & Flamingos are allowed 60 days or less in advance. Contact the Club office with your request, as restrictions do apply to this benefit.		Fee's: The fee is based upon the value difference between your unit type and the one you are requesting
	Additonal Nights / Weekends Book one or more days in addition to your owned time. Allows for flight schedule,  or extended trips.		Deadlines/Terms: Subject to availability		Fee's: Members receive a 30% to 40% discount off of rack rates to rent additional time.
	Vacation Banking Save any weeks you are unable to use during the current year to the next year. You may save your weeks for up to three years. Gold and VPA Members can save up to 5 years. You must vacation bank your week by the regular time reservation deadline for your season, or if Fixed Week Ownership - 60 days prior to fixed arrival date. 	Vacation Borrowing Borrow up to three years of your vacation weeks in advance for use during the current year. Gold and VPA Members may borrow up to five years of your vacation weeks		Deadlines/Terms: Available to PAID IN FULL members only.		Fee's: $70 per week/per year, plus pre payment of estimated maintenance fees. There is no fee for Gold and VPA Members to vacation borrow.
	Affiliated Exchange Comapnies Exchange your week with one of two exchange companies, Resort Condominiums International (RCI 1-888-909-3773) or Interval International (II 1-800-634-3415) to over 3,000 other resort destinations worldwide.  For more complete information RCI and II have web sites that you can access from this page, just click on their underlined initials for a direct link. 	Airport Shuttle Service Airport transfers available from both Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas directly to the Villa Del Palmar Resorts. Please be sure to present vouchers, which are received at the time of reservation.		Deadlines/Terms: Suggested scheduling time frame 14 days. We recommend you book your shuttle when you purchase your plane tickets		Puerto Vallarta (airport to resort only) $13 per person Nuevo Vallarta (airport to resort only)  $17 per person Cabo San Lucas $36 round trip-per person
	Guest Certifcates Share the fun of resort vacationing with a friend, family member or business associate when so you send a guest to use your week. (you must pre-arrange for guest use)		Deadlines/Terms: Guests must be at least 25 years of age.There will be a $500 deposit for guests under 25.		Fee's: $35 guest reservation
	Grocery Shopping, Golf Packages, All-inclusive meal pacakages, Spa packages We can do your shopping and pre-stock your room with wine, beer, chips, drinks, fruit, flowers and other special requests. Get discounts on golf and great tee times;  pre book an array of Spa services, and ask about all-inclusive meal plans for all your food and beverage needs.
